Brie Larson

gosh, this is just awful
from the pastel blue
to the weird cuts
extra ropey tassles
and then what's that on the back?
a seatbelt?

what a shame because she is so lovely

There's a good dress in there somewhere but it's hard to see it. It has too many things going on and as a result, ot looks wrought and overworked. I do love the color though.

Also, I absolutely cannot stand the hair. She needs to stop with the parting in the center, period.

Her stylist has been going for sexy for the big awards. I like it, but I would've preferred it without the slit.

Love the dress but the hair didn't suit or something it was too flat maybe?

I think she could have pulled off this dress flawlessly if the gown had been altered to fit her body. The bodice of the gown clearly isn't made for her, her breasts look weird, and her waist looks extremely misshapen.

I don't mind the dress but I hate that colour. And those shoes!!

The dress has so much potential but it was so overdone and had so many things going on.

I completely agree. I don't feel like this look was right for her at all. It looks like something Kate Hudson would wear. The silhouette is lovely but all those ropes elements are just wrong , the slit and the cuts are excessive too. The dress is already too much, it didn't need a slit. The shoes are awful and the hair & makeup ages her. So it's a big NO for me, but I'm glad she won.

It's a really bad idea when actresses wear clothes fresh off the runway that haven't been altered. The dress looked great on the runway, but the fit of the bust is off on Brie, the creases are unforgivable and the way the fabric pulls towards the bottom is awful. And I agree about the hair, quite unfortunate.
