if everyone only post popular pics of her, i think the thread will get bored soon, i know the feeling of seeing a rare pic when i saw rare pic posted by other, i kept my rare pics for long time and didn't share with anyone also but now i realize that how nice to share pics with other, people enjoy and be happy when see my pics, that's my happiness also... enjoy

it used to be a very rare track but now you can find it anywhere...
Initials BB is an amazing song... I looove it!

The explainations of Gilles Verlant, author of a Gainsbourg biography:

"...Gainsbourg had first meet Bardot on a shooting in 1959, and written two songs for her:
"L'appareil a sous..pir"(1963) and "Bubble gum" (1965).
..In 1968, the Arthur Penn's movie "Bonnie & Clyde" inspired him."

About the title of the song "je t'aime, moi non plus" (I love you, me neither):
“…Gainsbourg often said he was inspired by the surrealistic painting and poetry, and Dali had said:
“Picasso is Spanish, me too,
Picasso is a genius, me too,
Picasso is communist, me neither”It’s probably the reason why he wrote this title.”

Gainsbourg tells:
“..Here how this song was inspired to me, and how it happened. At this time I was living at the « cité internatinale des arts ».I was dining with Brigitte, and I knowingly got drunk. The day after, she called me and asked:”Why did you get drunk yesterday evening?” and I could not answer, only a silent which means “I was fascinated by your beauty”…She said “Write me the most beautiful love song you could ever imagine…”Then, in the night, I wrote “I love you, me neither” and “Bonnie and Clyde”..in one night, dude!..
Then after we recorded in incredible conditions, in a passionate climate, holding hands, with two microphones, telling her “here you sigh, here you shut up, here the orgasm comes”.
The “kid girl” was married with Gunther Sachs, and a schmuck told to gutter press: ”For sure Gainsbourg ....ed her …” Therefore Bardot asked me not to publish that song."

Radio Interview of Gainsbourg , before 1968 Christmas :
Gainsbourg: “..There was a scandalous article in the gutter press, there is no question to make a scandal with this song, it is a too beautiful one. Of course it is an “erotic record” that should have been a banned 18 record. But the music was very pure, for the first time of my life, I am writing a love song. I was writing cynical songs and they were accepted, I make a love song, and one took it badly. I was singing with Bardot who sang on a wonderful and tragic way..”
Journalist: ” Do you spent a nice Christmas?”
Gainsbourg: ”Yes,…alone”

Yeah, sorry, it was a mistake. The real URL is www.simplyclassics.net, not "com". You have to be registered to see the photos.

if there's any contest of BB-look alike, i think Claudia Schiffer will win the contest, she looks really same BB in 60s, in some pics i even can't differentiate BB and Claudia, like in the second pic that u posted here
However, young Claudia can't be compared with young BB

Yeah, you're right, I've also thought that Claudia has a great resemblance to Brigitte, so that's why I love Claudia too

By the way, I think that BB is especially beautiful in "Shalako". Then, she was more than 30 years old, but anyway her beauty in this movie is absolutely stunning
