Budget Friendly Makeup

I am not sure if the brand "seventeen" is available everywhere I know its greek manufactered, anyway, there liquid eyeliner and mascaras are great!

Anyone know if I can get a GOOD eyeliner for below $15? I just blew $23 on mascara already and I don't want to spend anymore.

^ Liquid, gel, or pencil?

I find that Cover Girl has good gel eyeliners.

^ I'm a fan of CG eyeliners, then, if you're on a super budget. If you do anything, avoid their jumbo gel pencils... same goes for Maybelline...

revlon foundation is not bad
and bourjois blusher:heart:
I have to second the revlon founation. I just picked up colorstay and WOW! it is warm toned and pale (I'm a moderately pale asian)and it just blends right into my skin. The coverage is medium but buildable, definitely need no or little concealor. It lasts all day and makes my skin matte and smoooth. Def my HG!

mary kate and ashley shimmer
burt's bees beeswax lip balm
l'oreal colour juice lip gloss
revlon super lustrous lip gloss
nyc lip gloss tubes
milani blush (esp. luminous, it's SO similar to nars orgasm)
have heard many raves about milani eyeshadow, still haven't tried it
revlon color stay eyeliner
have heard many raves about covergirl lash exact and max factor lash perfection mascara, still haven't tried them
l'oreal panoramic curl mascara (doesn't really curl, but is a good overall mascara)
l'oreal voluminous mascara
revlon eyelash curlers
sally hansen hard as nails nail polish
bonne bell lip smackers

No7 stuff is pretty good (a lot of the time it is on offer so it works out at quite good value) I'd reccomend the cleansers, lipsticks, glosses and the natural tone eyshadows they have great pigmentation ;)

I agree I really liked that mascara but the waterproof version was hell to take off.

If I'm about to experiment with new colors for eyeliner, I try out Wet and Wild.

Sonia Kashuk's kits are pretty and have nice colors. Revlon's Super Lustrous lip gloss is great. Even the department store make up experts are like "WOW! what are you wearing???" The only problem is if your hair catches onto your face, the gloss is a little sticky....

^ Sticky gloss... reminds me of MAC's Lip Glass... yikes.

Wet n Wild, I agree on using that brand for trial colors.

for my first time really wearing make up i would say that Covergirl Lashexact it really good and Neutogena tinted moisterizer is lightweight. as for lips i stay with bonebell and and other cheap lip gloss and i use burts bees wax balm , which is really good for your lips.

Revlon Super Lustrous Lipgloss

Amazing stuff! Don't waste your money on expensive glosses when you could buy this. I have Toast to Shine which is a lovely neutral colour, I'm after a pink next...

I recommend Cherries in the Glow, it's not quite a pink, but gorgeous no less.

MAC Powerpoint or Eye Khols, Clinique Quickliner or Cream Shapers, Revlon Color Stay Eyeliner, Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On eyeliner.
^All of these are pencil liners.
