^If I'm not mistaken, Celine releases photos of the collections a few months after the actual resort presentation so as to prevent other designers ripping off Philo.
Some great pieces here. Nothing really new, but desirable nonetheless.
There's some nice things here for sure - there always is - but I have to say I'm finding this aesthetic is starting to tire. The Celine woman needs to come down from her ivory tower and get a little dirty. I think the last Celine collection I really, really loved was Spring/Summer 2013 because there was a real sex appeal and naughtiness and undone quality that was such a great foil to the usual aloofness of the Celine woman.
I feel like she is losing her touch, slowly but surely. Of course the cut is amazing but she is trying to hard. It is full of unecessary gimmicks.
That fur coat is to die for i have to say.
Love this, love everything! It has a great balance of that crisp, super-elegant minimalist that she does so well and the slightly eccentric play with patterns and proportions that she's doing lately. Oh the shoes!
The jewelry looks pretty cheap, and the knits seem like they were trying too hard. It is interesting to see how this has influenced spring 2015 though.
