Calvin Klein Collection F/W 2025.26 New York

I see this having huge marketing potential for CK. They have the brand awareness from multiple decades to tap into. I see the greys here reminiscent of the iconic BW ads. They could be the minimalist brand (for the masses). Maybe I'm delusional.

Definitely not sexy, maybe if you see the work obsessed "office siren" that way. Don't like the droop, don't want to see the boring men's. Did like the potential.

The beginning of Cathy's article is disturbing: bringing the Jaws collection (which is maybe the most hideous thing perpetrated ever by Raf) and saying two lines later that Raf is a master of minimalism...

Now, I agree with her that this collection lacks sex appeal.
I like Angelina's look. I can imagine that, underneath that severe jacket, there is a ribbed white tank top. Next time, Veronica, show it.

Again, the collection is nothing revolutionary or even new, I totally understand the general fatigue towards this, but to me it is true to the spirit of Calvin Klein and sets the right mood for the things to come.

The men's casting is very weak. If they brought in proper men in their 40s and 50s—bulky men with thick bodies and strong shoulders—these clothes would instantly look better! Also, why choose Jane How, who is known for her Isabel Marant and CWK's Chloe boho sexy look? Why not Joe McKenna?

I'd definitely go for these men if I had the budget.

Late to the party, but there’s such a disconnect between her words and her work…I don’t know who is more delusional - her or our recently departed SDS.

It also seems like she has spent 0 time in New York/America or can’t even be bothered to try to understand the context (she is still based in Rome !?)…there is also a big disconnect between the collection and the people/energy/culture/lifestyle of the city it’s supposed to represent. The end result is therefore empty, generic, and disingenuous.

She need to be forced to live in NYC, and get the city's energy....

This is an interpretation without compromise...like the impression when a tourist visit a new city....

She has two more collections to prove herself, hope she listens and make the right changes...otherwise Collection woman is going away....lol
