I actually think thats it. There was a rumor that she recenty had it fixed, but I guess not! She is the female Owen Wilson. Personally, I think it gives her character.

but from what I have heard they were on public property so allowed to snap pics...
and Diaz told them to leave but then blocked their car when they tried to drive away.

Yeah, it doesn't sound like a life and death situation. I think she greatly exaggerated. And the "came out of the bushes" thing, they "did" the same thing two years ago. Public streets with flashes going off and you don't know they're there? Come on now.

I think she looks fantastic as a brunette - she is very pretty - but her hair looks totally mangled... and there's just something about this outfit that screams "cheap" to me... and I HATE those shoes... what a hot mess!
