I don't think her arms look like Madonna's at all. Madonna's arms look much worse than that. Cameron's arms only look that muscular because she just left the gym so her muscles are still pumped. When she's at events or in other candids, her arms look normal, relaxed and not like that; Her arms actually look really good the majority of the time.

Cameron has always been a "gym-machine". It's nothing new or because of A-Rod. She has always talked about exercising & her love for it, including being athletic. And she has always been pictured arriving/leaving the gym, for years before A-Rod.
