It's back to the Nile for Sophia Kokosalaki and her ancient Egypt inspired Spring collection


It was mummy chic at the Sophia Kokosalaki show yesterday, with the models pouncing down the runway to the Misshapes wearing all sorts of Egyptian-inspired garb. The collection was styled by Camille Bidault Waddington with plenty of ancient inspiration, from hieroglyphic prints to patchwork snakeskin. And the hardcore hardware on the shoes was genius!

I don't really know, to be honest. In the ES mag. it suggested that she dumped Jarvis and had a brief relationship with Terry Richardson, which left Jarvis 'devastated'.
But I guess no-one knows the real situation- except them!

Jarvis is away in Greenland for some climate charity at the moment so he wouldn't be able to go with her to any fashion parties like he does sometimes.
Best just to focus on the fashion, not the gossip.

According to an interview with Jarvis is today's Guardian, everything seems to be ok with Camille and Jarvis as it describes them as 'living in Paris with their five year-old son' and how he jokes that she thinks he is 'a bit autistic' when it comes to going out and meeting new people.

Seems like a false alarm- Olivier Zahm is obviously just a very good friend or something.

Ring

OMG so I saw Jarvis front and center tonight at the Pitchfork festival (PM me for details, he pointed and sang to me!) Anyways, in one of his new songs there's a line about being middle aged, divorced and lonely...just then I looked at his left hand and he wasn't wearing his wedding ring, which he usually does. Has anyone heard anything about this?? I don't want to start any rumours or anything.

Here's a quote from Kate Moss Online from someone who saw him live in july '08 at Terminal 5- without a wedding ring in evidence in any pics:

'Fabulous show, and I was blown away by how much energy he gave it, toward the end with Pulp, he was definitely going through the motions on stage, this was eloquent and peppered with little quips and side jokes through out, with thanks for his family & "beauty of his life, Camille" '
Perhaps he's lost his ring- or it doesn't fit properly anymore and we're fretting about nothing!
