Can you subscribe to Canadian magazines if you live in America?

Sorry if this has been asked, but I live in the USA, and I love magazines. There are a couple of Canadian magazines I really really like, but I dont live near Canada. Would I be able to subscribe to the Canadian magazines and get them here?

You can subscribe to Flare...just go to www.flare.com and on the left where it says "subscriber services" click on "subscribe online"...when the page opens up just click on "Offer valid in Canada only. Outside Canada?" et voila!
