Oh she's already wearing Altuzarra F/W12.13, above her infamous Helmut Lang dress. Not sure about the shoes though.
Also like the second outfit with the Balenciaga skirt, but once again the green shoes disturb me.

I don't understand the shoes choice but I think she wore the top above this dress in particular because it looks like she's wearing black panties under a sheer skirt.
I like the idea even if the result isn't a real success.

Eta: wikipedia says she's 57, so I don't know which one's accurate. She still looks much younger though!
