it`s too photoshopped and that`s the point why it looks so cheap. Testino doesn`t need hard post- production at all, he`s not M&M, his sign is simplicity of the photo. Thanks to photoshop it looks like it`s not his work and it`s no good, because faberge took a team of very well-known, high and expensive professionals and made the result without any of their trace. BTW, Katarina Flohr (ex and first vogue russia fashion editor 1998-2001 and stylist, i was thinking where she`s gone, but here she is now)was creative director according professionaljeweller

^She's a freelance stylist. She works for various publications (V, VMan, Purple) and also styles ad campaigns for houses like Chanel, Gaultier, Givenchy and so on.

Can you please tell me sth more about this book? I want to buy it too. Is it only in French, or it is in English also. Plus does it has only pics of Carine and her work, or there is some interview/interviews with her or people who knows her well? TIA

^it`s in english. carine works and private pictures accompained with her comments , letters from designers and memories so it is quite vivid, than simple pictures. about photos themselves: they`re like scans grouped in strange order(not in chronological) no advertising work (except one gucci campaign image) i think that`s because of copywright, no editorial work except vogue paris, visionaire, the face, several french glamour publication and 3 -for french elle (no US Voguse, no independent projects of her early years for japanese magazines etc, no covers except one for anniversary vogue paris, no v magazine as far as i remember) it is in hard slipcase, i bougth it but there is nothing really exclusive, just a compilation of the most popular and famous work. and i am quite happy i have it all in magazines so in my case it wasn`t necessary, but since i luv her very much and collect her works- i got it.

Yess and in the book no are a preview from All works of Carine, she chose the best works the book is really good, and diferent to others.

I don't know if you heard about it yet, but Carine has another book in the works with Karl Lagerfeld. The book will be dedicated to the Chanel tweed jacket and will feature many personnalities wearing it
