I don't know what those two women standing next Cassie were thinking (but thats another story). Anyway, I do like her look (post 41). It just appears to fit right into her style.

Some info on Wikipedia got a lil bit out of control... One fan saw there that Electro Love will be released on May 20th. He got excited, spoke about it with some people, other people saw it and put it on their blogs... and not it goes like "Electro Love is set to be released on May 20th". Guys.... if you know a tiny bit about the music industry you know that won't happen. There is no single announced, no promo going on and no word from the record companies. So no, Electro Love won't be released next month. Word is that it's the 2nd biggest project on Bad Boy after Last Train To Paris, which will be released in June. EL will probably come out in the third or fourth quarter. But let's wait what Cassie has to tell us in our interview

Who is Cassie Ventura? This may sound like a weird question… but many people have a wrong image of you. So who is she? What does she like to do, what kind of person is she?
Cassie Ventura is a fun, strong, creative 23 year old. She loves to write music, loves to dance & sing, loves to travel, loves to act and wayyyyy too many other things to write in this answer. I am very ambitious, my journey has definitely taken a different route, but I am still just as ambitious and excited about everything that I am doing and will be doing in the near future. I'm VERY close to my parents and brother, they keep me grounded. I looooove to cook, I have a few things that I make really well and I hope to one day make a lot of things well. If I weren't doing what I'm doing I'd be in culinary school!

And who do you think is Cassie Ventura in the eyes of most people? Or in the eyes of different groups? Is some of that true? Do you want to improve your image? Sometimes it looks like you don’t care about it too much.
I can't pinpoint exactly who or what I am in the eyes of others b/c there are too many different opinions, but it does vary and although I am open and accept what others think, I think it's important to value what you think of yourself. I most definitely accept constructive criticisms, but not hate. Don't get me wrong I hear what people say, but they say the worst things about so many people and after a while it's not worth the energy of always having to explain yourself. Those that love you will love you and those that don't, shouldn't worry about you.
What was the reason for you to delete your Twitter? Or was it hacked? If so, why haven’t you gotten it back yet, or why didn’t you make a new account yet? Will you ever come back to Twitter? If not, why?
I deleted my twitter account when I felt that I didn't update enough. I would see my timeline compared to all of my friends' timelines, they would always be updating throughout the day and I would be sending one tweet out randomly, sometimes once every few days. I understand it's importance to fans and I will definitely open a new account when I feel that there is content for my fans. I will let you know when I do and what my name is.

As fans were able to send in their questions, one could be found in every e-mail: When is your album coming out? How complete is it? You often said that the album is done, but then you began to record new songs. What is the current status?
I have gone through several stages with this album, fans should be familiar based on the records that have been illegally released. As a recording artist, it is so great to work toward a sound that you eventually mold and shape into what your album is all about and that is what I've been doing. Right now, I do not have a concrete date to give you all for the full album, but I will definitely have singles released in the coming months. To be honest, as so much content was released (leaked), I took it upon myself to record new things so that I wouldn't be releasing an entire album of leaked records.

Which ones of the leaked songs will be on Electro Love? The fans favorites are definitely Skydiver, Hide, Stamina and I Need Love.

I've worked with a few newer producers, but mostly Dallas since then.

In Paris you said that your album will be more Pop than R&B. Why? Do you see yourself as an R&B singer or Pop singer?
I love creating what some consider pop records, I love creating what some consider r&b records and I will continue to do both. I don't see myself falling into one category or another. These days everything has crossed over so much that you can't really put yourself into a specific category. Pop, r&b, country, rock, hip hop... A single radio station might play all of that within an hour.
Did you ever think about releasing a mixtape? You could put it on iTunes AND leak it for free, so whoever wants to support you could choose if they want or not. You could release a single out of it and promote it. As it wouldn’t be the real album, there wouldn’t be much pressure. You could even make a video and use young videographers and your model friends. What do you think about this?
I have thought about it but based on what I'm doing with my music now, I don't know if a mixtape makes sense with it. We'll see though, it's definitely been talked about.
You made huge splashes internationally before Me&U even hit the air in the states, in the Netherlands and other European countries, do you anticipate your music will be a hit there again as well?
I can't say that it will absolutely hit, but I hope so. That's what I'm working toward.
You have had a huge leaking problem in the past and it still holds on. Why can those people get your music?
I can't say, I was as careful as I could be and I'm definitely even more careful now. These days most artists have that problem and email is usually the culprit. It's very sad when you put so much effort and time into your work and people hack or whatever it is and give it away. Most times, you never find out who it is because once it's sent out and spread all over the internet, there's no source to trace it back to.

When you first came out you described dance as your focus when you attended your performing arts high school, and we seen a bit of that in the Me&U and Official Girl videos. Do you think this would be a great way to set you apart from your counterparts in the industry right now and bring more of it to your act? It could only help, couldn’t it?

I've never had either and don't think I need to anytime soon, but I'm not against it.

I use mostly NARS make up. My skin care really varies based on the time of year and/or climate that I'm in. I have very dry skin so lots of moisturizer is a must for me, especially when I travel. I also drink almost 1 gallon of water a day. Great for your skin AND body!
Do you like to use much make-up or do you prefer to keep it light?
I love to get done up on occasion, but usually I keep it light.
You might have expected this question. Do you plan to grow your hair back? You once tried to let it grow, we saw it on DJ Clue’s birthday. But then you shaved it again. What made you think otherwise?
I've never tried to grow it in since I've cut it a year ago. Maybe I missed a hair cut when you saw me (??...lol). I plan on growing it back one day, but I like it for now and to be honest the more people comment on me growing it back the more often I cut it

Cassie did a good job with her overall look at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. I love her shoes and love what she did with her hair (considering half of it is shaved off).
