They are major Hollywood stars, but both of them call Australia home.

And it was in their native country that friends and former co-stars Cate Blanchett and Russell Crowe bumped into each other today.

Cate was with her son, two-year-old Ignatius, when she came across Russell with his wife Danielle Spencer outside some shops in the exclusive Eastern Sydney suburb of Woollahra.
