(i know everyone has said this... but i just cant stop thinking about those heels at the oscar ceremony... it's just like alcoholic people's child are sometimes born with alcohol addiction too, only that in this case Cate's child first words are gonna be "manolo" and "jimmy choo" instead of "mum and dad"! Gosh! aint dont her feet just HURT!?)

Congrats to Cate!!
Actress Cate Blanchett, 38, and husband Andrew Upton, 41, have welcomed their third son. Ignatius Martin Upton was born on Sunday, April 12th in Sydney, Australia. He weighed in at just over 8 lbs.

He joins big brothers Dashiell John, 6, and Roman Robert, who turns 4 on April 23rd.

Cate confirmed the pregnancy, after much speculation, in November. In February, she revealed the sex of the baby in a comment made at the Oscars. We are unsure of her due date, but as of April 12th, Cate had shared that she was overdue.
