Love the whole purple look.

At the other event, her skin, makeup and dress are a total disaster...

She can do much better

Her skin at the UN event reminds me of an allergic reaction; I once went to the doctor about acne, and he gave me a skin cream that overnight made my skin rough, reddened, and strangely more prone to open pores and spots. It looked exactly like what she's got.

^Its not just her skin though, her mascara looks like she has slept in it and topped it up for over a week it is so clumpy and awful. I honestly think she has done a rush job on her own and normally has it applied for her. Bloody awful. And an allergic reaction doesn't produce that bronzing disaster, a bad hand for makeup does that!

She needs to relax with the makeup. She's wearing so much goo, she looks like she's made of wax.

The whole look is a disaster.
Whoever penciled the eyebrow should be tried by a court martial. The false eyelashes overpower her eyes and make them look smaller instead of opening them and the hair is ridiculous. She also need to acquire a stylist who doesn't worship Cher circa 1985.
I really don't get women like her or Nicole Kidman, who seem hellbent on ruin their good looks as much as they can.
