CDG Sneakers, where to buy?

Is there any online store where I can still get these pink sneakers?... I crave!

Also, Yoox has very pretty CDG sneakers but they're just two sizes too small..

I've only checked into the smaller boutique in Antwerp, I guess I should check the bigger one you describe... I'm afraid of going there though.. the prices on the Yohji line make me cry!
