Celebrity Houses #2

I do like the room in Rick's home with the bookcases. I think that's about it.

His house is so cold, it doesn't look lived in which I guess is the point.
:o and the walls? I get it if you want one wall full of imperfections for ~character~ but not all of them and certainly not with mold

I've seen some "before" photos from before She bought the townhouse, and it looks better. Great furniture selections and it looks like she's replaced the windows and floors as well. Flawless taste. I hope her apartment gets features in a home design magazine.

Ok, so this isn't his house, but here is Aaron Sorkin's office (complete with waiting room and a kitchen)

I think it's pretty generic, but it looks comfortable enough. Kind of funny that they left the traditional office ceilings, though. Is it supposed to have a set-like feel?

I really shouldn't visit this thread because I become so envious of everyone's spaces. Aaron Sorkin's office is fabulous, I just love absolutely everything about it. Right down from the woods to the colour scheme. The colours are perfect for my taste. My bedroom is done in similar tones.

Monique Lhuillier's Beverly Hills mansion is also to-die-for. Those colours are very soothing, yet would seem clinical elsewhere. No doubt you'd have to watch children like hawks amongst those light colours, though. I'd be petrified incase something got ruined.

I really like the contemporary (sleek) look of Meryl Streep and Don Gummer's mansion a couple of pages back.

I do as well. I think if I could only have one home that is not the style I'd choose, but for a pied-a-terre, it's amazing. I'd love to see the inside of her Connecticut home and her Tribeca penthouse.

Not too crazy about it as a whole, but I love the outdoor space and the entry staircase.

Not a fan of Monique Lhullier's house. It looks so anonymous and generic (but oh, the things I would do for that shoe wall..)

Brad must be doing pretty well!

Brad's boyfriend (are they married now? I feel like a saw a promo for an episode where they got engaged?) owned their last house, which they sold for a profit. I think he's very successful in his career, because I don't think Brad could afford a house like that on his own.

Monique's home is hit or miss for me. I love some rooms (the study/office, the bathroom in the first post) while others feel like generic "in good taste" design to me.
