These are actually very strong. And it's because of Melodie's eye for the textures and graphics for the surrounding interiors.

The solo shots are pretty good! Better than some previous campaigns with bland backgrounds...

I'm sorry but take out the logo, this looks like an Asian department store catalogue. If that's the look they're aiming for, I guess they're successful because this looks cheap af to me...

The iconic mirrored staircase saved this somehow.

The solo shots are undeniably stronger than the group shots without a doubt, and love the use of the Rue Cambon staircase even more so now having seen those solos from British Elle's latest issue. Rebecca's is particularly strong, love it and my fave thus far.

Very nice shots and interesting to see there are at least 2 locations for this campaign, rue Cambon and le dancing de la coupole. Some shots remind me of the indoors shots with Claudia for F/W 1992.

The solo shots are sooo much better than the group shot! Too bad it’s not just a series of these solo shots

Absolutely gorgeous. This is what Chanel needed for their campaigns, something exciting and up to date! In my opinion this is the best campaign we've seen in maybe 10 years. Seeing the last few pictures, it makes me want to see more shots, and to see more pieces from the collection. Let's just hope they are going to stick to this for a while and not come back to boring poses on boring backgrounds.

Loving this campaign rollout. Melodie really came through for Chanel. Bringing new life to the house!

Oh wow. I really thought this was going to get worse...

So happy the solo shots are way better!! :D

I think some of you have some long term memory problems because some of Karl's campaigns post 2010 were absolute trash. Is this ground breaking? No. But it's better than most of those!

I hated the group shots and still not convinced with the staircase but I reckon the solo shots would translate well on print. At least if won’t look as dry as the Chanel campaigns lately.

The solo shots definitely translate better than group shots. I do like the direction of the campaign. The lighting and everything. But god, I really dislike the clothes and the styling. The group shot lacks energy and connection.
