As the title says, I'd like some help on changing the cuffs of some of my shirts from the normal buttons to cufflink holes (i got a pair of really pretty Bulgari cufflinks!!!)

Does anyone have experience in doing that? I'm rather clueless.

If you know how to sew button holes, then just do just that to align with the existing one hole.

I'd take it to the tailors. They can just fix it for you for not much money.

Any alterationist can do this for you. The term they're used to hearing is: 'convertible cuff'.
