Charlene Almarvez

I hope she books some good shows :) Milan is the most racist of all the Fashion Capitals so it will be tough for our girl hehe ;) anyway, Go Chat!!!

racist? i dont think so and hope not.. they book asian models too. but really all clients look for those with edge, versatility, and some pizazz!!!

I hope and pray she does Paris and London too!!! And get in a good agency like Marilyn, Next, Women, or IMG! :woot:

^ it is ;) considering Charlene is not the typical yellow asian. Lakshmi had a tough time in Milan as well and last season, she didn't do pretty well. If ever Charlene will ever go to Paris, Ford might place also place her with Elite due to their partnership

Charlene is not the typical yellow asian

this is so true. people in fashion dont realize that there is more to asians than your typical Du Juan, or Liu Wen. not all asians are super pale like that. and i for one think that darker [thai, filipino, indonesian] asians are just as beautiful if not more than the porcelain dolls we normally see. :)

^ you go girl   well said :flower: anyhow, here's Chat's winning moment @ FSMOTW Philippines 2009:
