i just saw the entire show at vogue.co.
as always the capes, coats and dresses are my favorites but i'm not even interested on the rest, i think a lot of the prints are ugly...and same for the demin number, and the shape of the skirts...it does feel like a disappointment cause i have always loved his collections.

I do like alot of the pieces themselves, like the silver peter pan collared dress, but some of it is just not very good looking.

the napoleon in polka dots is lovely! i still love his signature elements, the buttons and childlike cuts, the leopard is a bit off but entertaining still ... i'm not in love but i think it's cute.

He's got a great little look happening. Josephine sleeps over at Nap's house for the first time. Quite sweet even though the models are trying their best to look miffed. Even the hair looks like a real alternative.
Some of the tailoring is really good, others like the prints are well, not. Why leopard for this collection? Always interesting though.

Some wonderfully quirky pieces here - I love Bidwell's description - Josephine sleeps at Nap's house! This collection def. has fun with the Napoleon theme as opposed to other designers taking the historical references too seriously. The only thing that I don't like is the leopard print - looks a bit out of place really, though the pieces themselves aren't all that bad.

apart from the leopard print pieces and the occasional nude leg, Charles stood out pretty well.
i find he's already huge with the real young generation, he's been addressing a fresh generation, i like this

I haven't been the biggest fan of his clothes, always prefered the illustrations to the rags. His reputation as the IT kid of Paree has also put me off before, but this collection's quite nice. The whole Josephine look's done in a fresh way and I don't even mind the leopard print that much...

can't deny that some of it is very fun and adorable though...
