I may be alone in this, but I don't mind her tattoos too much. Maybe they're not the most elegant, but I don't think they necessarily intrude on her elegance.
True, I'm reluctant to criticize other people's body art as it's so personal but Cheryl often wear too much makeup with a tacky outfit and when her tattoos are exposed as well it often ends up looking quite cheap.
Tattoos CAN be beautiful and flattering. Angelina Jolie is a prime example.
