Looks like we shouldn't get too excited about seeing her on Jonathan Ross.

Cheryl Cole has reportedly pulled out of an interview on Friday Night with Jonathan Ross.

According to the Daily Star, the X Factor judge has decided to reconsider her split from England footballer Ashley.

Last night her official spokesman revealed: "Cheryl will no longer be appearing on Jonathan Ross for interview. It is possible she may still perform her new single."

A source explained: "Cheryl was booked to go on Jonathan Ross weeks before Ashley's exploits hit the headlines.

"She was expecting to talk about how successful her solo career has been, her plans to conquer America and her plan to start a family with Ashley.

The insider added: "But all that has changed now. She knows Jonathan won't be doing his job if he doesn't concentrate on her marriage breakdown and Ashley's cheating so she's not going to talk at all.

"Cheryl's incredibly tough but even she’s not sure she’s up to an interrogation like that just yet."

Same here. Wossi's not extremely invasive and her last interview with him was cute but it really is quite soon.

He's not the most sensitive of interviewers though. He'd probably let rip on Ashley and I doubt she wants to hear at the moment.

I think after his scandal with russell brand he knows to tread more carefully. He would have definitely asked how her how she was coping, given her current situation. I doubt he would've pushed her in to a corner or made her feel extremely uncomfortable. She's the most talked about and loved woman in the country. He can be cheeky but he's not an idiot. Plus the contents of that interview would've been examined with a fine tooth comb by her team, before they let her set foot in the bbc studios.
