Yea im friends with her lol

If you're looking for an interview with her, know all the brands she carries and know everything about them. Her SA's know everything lol. Ikram is really nice and down to earth.

Hi! I just found this lovely Chicago thread - so excited to see so many posters and appreciate all the low down on new stores, sales etc!

So, I have heard some additional bucktown/wicker park news....a Nanette Lapore is opening where JolieJOli used to be on Damen. Interesting to see how this neighborhood will continue to change! It is by far my favorite shopping neighborhood in Chicago.

^ That's wonderful news and I'm looking forward to its opening. Welcome to tFS & thanks for sharing! :D

Wow thanks a lot! btw Intermix just opened on Rush street. Lovely store. Labels such as: Matthew Williamson, Chloe, Theory, Larok, Catherine Malandrino, Y Yigal, Stella McCartney, DVF, and many more.

I agree, I love going over there and spending a day for shopping.
I saw a segment about Intermix on 190 North, JJJohnson. It looks like a really nice space. I will definitely have to check it out.

Intermix was mentioned in the Suntimes the other day, because Rachel McAdams and Michelle Williams were shopping there the other week. And I am so excited to see a Nanette!

Yea they just had their opening party there. Lisa Ling showed up....I heard Oprah was suppose to show up, but she never did :( It's a great store though

Is it just me....or is Intermix way better than Scoop? Not a scoop fan, just don't understand all the fuss over it. I way prefer Intermix - much younger & hipper imo.

Thought I'd give this thread a bump and see if anyone had any good sale/pre-sale information. I know that Nordstrom has somethings already on sale and some on pre-sale and Barney's Co-Op has some things reduced (though everything was a little dull).

^^ hi! the boutique i work at is going on sale June 15th, a lot of cute clothes 50% off.

Samantha Chicago, it is on walton right across from the entrance to bloomingdales.

Also, Tory Burch will be opening a boutique on Walton right next to Samantha. Hopefully around Labor Day
