Chicago Streetstyle

[ChiStreetStyle]

I know that previously Chicago streetstyle was lumped in with the entire U.S. Midwest. Chicago possesses an aesthetic all its own, quite different from other Midwest cities like Minneapolis or Detroit. I think it is only fair, given that Chicago is the 3rd largest U.S. city and has an active fashion community, that it be given its own streetstyle thread.

^I know! It's kind of frustrating because I cannot post my own photos. I am encouraging everyone I meet on the streets who expresses enthusiasm about street style blogging to start their own. For me, it's all about documenting what's out there. It's the historian in me I guess, that I feel like the simple act of recording a moment in time is worth the effort alone. Chicago has some really awesome style, but I can't be everywhere at once!
