This looks like Chloé married Marc by Marc Jacobs and moved to Finland...
I don't hate it though! It's just different from my perception of Chloé, will take some getting used to. Some of the pieces are very interesting, not impressed with the accessories though, especially the shoes.
I love what Gemma is wearing but those booooooottttttssssssss aaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrgggggggggghhhhhhh If I go to any second hand shop I can find those boots, and believe me they're awful!
I don't get this collection that much, I want to see the whole for a better judge but that white dress with the black flowers is way to Marni for Chloe... he is wrong I think, he is wrong to bring the "ugly" aesthetic to a brand which is all about cuteness and pretty, Chloe has always been pretty in differents ways, but that dress and those shoes (the black ones, the ones people with one leg shorter use, if you know what I mean) Is TOTALLY WRONG for Chloe.
mmm, I was really anticipating this one and so far am a little disapointed. It looks more 'conceptual' than what we've known as Chloe, seems less wearable and feminine that before, Chloe was always such a relief cos even if some of the press didn't always give it amazing reviews it was a designer you could always got to for flattering, beautiful things to wear. The bags so far are ewwww!
Still looking forward to seeing more and will reserve full judgement til then . . .
I feel like this is very Marni, but with more energy... I was never a huge Chloe fan, but I really like this collection. Love the metallic detailing on the dresses and the red
Although I don't know how I feel about the last outfit in #24.. The print on the dress is nice but it looks like something my grandma would wear. I think it's the combination of a low hemline and clunky shoes.
This would be an interesting Marni collection.
It's all wrong for Chloe. Even in the rockier Stella days (which, for the record, I loved) it still had a femininity and delicacy. This is quite blunt and harsh. The boots are horrid.
