Her (stylist's) event outfit choices are just wrong. This look ages her, but not in a mature way.

I just googled her age because aside from this thread, I hadn't heard of her and I couldn't believe she was only 14? Her outfits are way too old. She isn't skanky or vulgar but still, dressing too old and too mature just seems awkward and slightly wrong considering her age.

We knew Chloe Moretz was kick-*** as an actress (yes, that's intentional) -- but she can also let the right one in when it comes to what she wears, too. Fash Track caught up with her at the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund spring 2012 show at the Chateau Marmont on October 20, and we were amazed to find out that her knowledge of fashion far extends beyond her fair years.

Fash Track: Is this your first fashion show? It must be!

Chloe Moretz: No, actually. My first fashion show was Calvin Klein. Although, truly, I haven't been to that many. I think this is my second.

FT: Well, that's a lot for a 14 year old.

CM: I guess. I loved it! Absolutely loved it, it was a lot of fun, there were some amazing designer on that runway that I'd love to wear during one of my press trips soon. One dress I loved looked a lot like a McQueen from spring summer 2012 -- it was pinky grey with ruffles, very Romeo and Juliet. I've really got to wear that.

FT: What films will you be promoting where you could in fact wear it?

CM: I'm in Martin Scorsese's Hugo, which is coming out very soon, in November. And I'm in Tim Burton's Dark Shadows, which is coming out next year.

FT: What are you wearing now?

CM: Oh, this is a vintage Ossie Clark from like 1972. I'm very into it -- it's very Chateau Marmont, don't you think?

FT: How do you know so much about fashion?

CM: Well, I go to school every day for the most part, so school is all I have to focus on. And work and friends. After that, it's fashion. I'm a girl, what can I say?

Chloe Moretz celebrates Halloween Time with Minnie Mouse at Disneyland on Monday (October 24) in Anaheim, Calif.
The 14-year-old actress recently chatted with MTV News about her upcoming vampire flick, Dark Shadows.
“Working with [director] Tim Burton has always been a dream for me, so to actually get on set and work with Tim, and be in it with Johnny Depp, and Helena Bonham Carter, and Michelle Pfeiffer, it was a dream come true because they are all my idols,” Chloe shared.
As for what fans can expect, Chloe teased, “I think it’s special because it goes back to Tim’s roots. It goes back to Beetlejuice, and Edward Scissorhands and it goes back to the true Tim.”
