Yeah, she cut it last year. I've said it many times before, she looks so much better with short hair. I think the good thing about the short hair is that no matter how mature her outfits were, she still looked her age with the hair. Maybe that's why she got extensions.

Aww, I think the makeup's great. Why not go for broke while your still young enough to get away with it? A girl should wear as much blue eyeshadow as she can at her age.
