Christian Dior F/W 2025.26 Paris

Using "J´Adore Dior" lightly customized t-shirts several times in a collection is a new laziness level.

Mary-Grace, we know you are angry with LVMH for giving you the boot...but this collection looks more like a revenge against them than a swan-song (unless you considered putting a bomb inside the swan).

The most ambitious set she has ever done. It was an interesting set but confusing pattern as well. She can't keep it simple because her clothes are not giving much. The clothes essentially are none event. I would say they are a tiny above her average but they are very mid. During her tenure, all the clothes, commercially successful or not, are very basic. Red carpet pieces are mid, except the reedition or archival design. I hope they announce a new CD soon. This house is in serious need of life source. It's like a dying tree that still gives you some fruits but you want it to look amazing, grow bigger and be even more fruitful.

It's just such a booooore, like all of her tenure.

The only thing I like are the textures of some of the fabrics. The netting jackets are very victoriana, but the way it's put together doesn't create much excitement.

I'm scared of a sterile, lab-grown look from JWA, I want someone who can bring a lush and romantic look to Dior, someone who makes you dream of silhouettes and fabrics!
