I think the album is a failure. The uptempo songs sound dated, lack a decent chorus, or she's shouting instead of singing. The ballads are nice but not particularly groundbreaking. There's nothing really futuristic or cutting-edge about 'Bionic', it doesn't live up to the description she gave of it and all the hype she tried to create. 'Not Myself Tonight', a horrible first single, is one of the best songs on the album which, I think, says a lot. I like the title-track though, and really enjoy 'Glam', in a "poor man's 'Vogue'" kinda way. 'Sex For Breakfast' is not bad, reminds me of Janet Jackson's type of sounds. I was expecting way more.

I'm surprised at how much I actually like this album. I still don't like Not Myself Tonight and Woohoo or whatever it's called, but Bionic the album is so much fun. Vanity is insane, My Girls is so cute, I LOVE Elastic Love… and the ballads are fantastic, her best yet. I'm in love with I Am

Still haven't downloaded the album, but I just got around to watching her performance on American Idol. I absolutely love You Lost Me and that performance proves once again that she's one of the very best female vocalists ever

Her hair is a complete disaster anyway. She should just chop it all off and stop bleaching it. I could actually imagine a cute pixie cut in a bright red or pitch black would look great on her.
