Ok when I saw Naomi's thread only had 8 pages I was shocked. But this is just disgraceful. The coolest models of all time may be Kate Moss, Erin O'Connor and Karen Elson, the best current runway girls may be Diana D, Eugenia V and Yasmin W, the most diva-esque may be Naomi, Linda and Cindy or whatever. But when it comes to beauty -the ultimate job of a model let's not forget -the top three are CHRISTY CHRISTY AND CHRISTY. With some competition from only Waris Dirie. She also tops the nicest model list. Her graciousness just exudes from her. It is amazing that all that luxury and being coddled didn't spoil her character but she is a complete sweetheart. I met her once when she was doing promotion for Sundari and I talked to her for like five minutes but I could just tell she was such a good person. You know when plain people are nice and it makes them beautiful? Well Christy is already beautiful and her niceness makes her simply angelic. I love Kate Moss but she doesn't seem like the nicest of people. Since we live in a world where niceness should be celebrated over beauty, Christy is the greatest model of all time.

^Her husband is the actor/director Ed Burns. He was in Life Or Something Like It, Saving Private Ryan, 15 Minutes, The Sidewalks of New York, She's The One and The Brother's McMullen. He directed the last three.

Christy was studying literature and religion at NYU and graduated cum laude with a degree in philosophy.

She campaigns for charities which benefit children (Art Inspiring Hope), education (Intercambios Culturales of El Salvador), animal rights (PETA) and several anti-tobacco campaigns.

How do you get the photos in the body of the post like that Laurlaur?

Since the pics are on your hard drive, it might be better to upload them directly on to this site, but I got them off that site, and uploaded them to photobucket (you can also use imageshack and other image hosting sites) and copy and paste the link.

Or if the picture has .jpg or .jpeg, you can use

with the site in the '...' or click on the picture of mountains or whatever it is at the top of the reply thing (by the world) and copy the link in that. The problem with that is that sometimes the site you're hotlinking it from doesn't allow you to do it and you'll get the X or the square that says "picture hosted by___"
