Cindy's advice on modeling

The "Dear Cindy" question I'm asked most is for advice on how to get started in modeling. And I tell everyone the same thing, so for those of you who are interested:

Take time to research a few modeling agencies in the largest cities near you. Most agencies have one day a week or month where they have an open call. Call the agencies and schedule an appointment. If the first agency tells you "no", keep trying! The first agency I went to wasn't sure about me, and they especially weren't sure about my mole! The agencies will give you the straight talk and let you know the best photographer for a test shoot.

CINDY IS STILL THE QUEEN OF WORK OUT DVDs

Cindy's 1990's work out videos (now on dvd) is a must for anyone who needs tips and great exercises to do anywhere, I mean ANYWHERE!, she is right when she says no one needs an hour at the gym. All she does is doable in your living room and that is what I do. She is looking great at 46 and that is exactly how I want to look bodywise later on. I cannot recommend her dvds enough especially "The Next Challenge" which is the toughest.
