I must say that when I watch the video I thought that she didn´t look very pretty IMO. I mean, she looked beautiful because she is, but they styled her (make up, hair..) in a non flattering way. I think she´s way more beautiful than the other girls in the video but you can hardly notice that if you haven´t seen Cintia before. The other girls make up looked perfect, and Cintia looked like they were just splash some water on her face and that´s all. You know what i mean? Anyway, Im glad she got that job!!

However, I agree with CMPC, they haven't made her look as " done up" as the other girls from what we can see.

I really hope her pictures turn out mega sexy though. I don't think Cintia looks perticularly gorgeous bare faced because her eyelashes are very blond, you know?
I hope she looks more made up in her pictures!

I do agree, she is not wearing as much makeup - but personally I think she is more naturally beautiful then the other girls up to bat - I don't think she will need as much.

some mascara would be nice, I agree Stamoholic, my eye lashes are very pale as well and when I dont use mascara it looks like I don't have any
