it's great to see the Claire is still a strong actress after all these years. I remember watching little women and romeo + juliet and thinking, "wow, this girl really knows how to cry" lol. Yes, I know it's a weird thing to look at, but if a person can't cry convincingly, then they have no career.

She goes on with her normal life, chatting on her cell phone, seemingly obvlivious to the pap. She wears what she wants, acts how she wants... I just can't express how much I love it. Exactly. That's one of the reasons I like her. A lot of celebs seem like they get "dresed up" for the paparazzi. When you see candids of Claire she's usually just wearing jeans, talking on her phone or walking her dog, or something. She seems very laid back and un-hollywood. She graduated high school from the Lycee Francais de Los Angeles- the same high school that Jodie Foster went to- where all classes are conducted in French (I used to know a guy who went there)
She the attended Yale University, which is one of the most prestigious, competitive schools in the counrty, so yes, she's very smart
And she does live in Soho- that's why you see so many pic of her there. She was born an raised in NYC and lived in LA for 3 years when she was in high school, but she moved back to NYC after college.

In an interview I remeber reading that she didn't like it much there. Here it is: "In school, I wasn't one of the popular girls. I hated high school because of all those nasty little intrigues. Little mean girls who wrote mean notes on little sheets of paper were as time consuming as learning for school.". She also said something welse about it there. I'll try to find it.
