Coachella 2011

Yes, that would be great ^_^ But as far as I know not many other festivals have revealed their full line up yet.

I do love mud fights but when I'm seeing a band I really love I still want to look pretty and not be covered in mud and beer

yes, Way out west has only revealed like 3 or 4 bands/artists so far, but robyn and fleet foxes are in, so i'm excited! its in mid august, so we're going to be waiting a while for the full line-up!

Just checked the ridiculous price for this. I'm not paying the equivalent of a flight to Turks and Caicos. :innocent:
Why did they start selling 3-day passes only?, this has gotten so corporate and annoying, not only their lineups used to be a lot better 10 years ago but also you could buy tickets individually and it was a 2-day event.. if you live in the area and don't want to camp there, what are you supposed to do? drive 2 hours back and forth for 3 days?, that's stupid.

The only thing that's improved is the fact that this is now in early Spring instead of late Spring when the heat is at its craziest.. though Indio being Indio, temperatures over 100 are guaranteed.

Meh. I'll see if a friend that works in the music industry in LA can get tickets for me.. if not, ciao.. I'm not bothering.

I have never went.. and I am not interested in going, I don't know I have not ever really been a concert person. Hopefully that will change one day. Besides the hipsters and Z-list celebrities, how is the music festival?

I'd love to see The Black Keys but after their last album and newly acquired fans, I think I will pass, it's going to get crazy.

What is so wrong with "newly acquired fans"? Considering I never knew about them until know, seeing how I am really getting into rock (I have been listening to pop/rap/hip-hop all of my life and now that I am growing weary of it, I am finding rock to be the next best thing since sliced bread.. sad and late, yes I know but later than never) I find them to be great and very reminiscent of 70's rock.. which I love :crush:.

^Yeah, for me too. But I guess I'll have to get up early to at least catch the headliners ^_^

Looks like we'll be able to watch most of the performances in YouTube's live webcast

^It's been working smoothly for me so far. It only froze for a few milliseconds twice in spite of having a very slow internet connection. The video quality is great but the sound could be better.

Video quality was amazing! I saw the sweat coming at me lol. I put on my earphones and turned it all the way up! It performed better after a while.

If it weren't for my mother, I honestly would've been there in tank tops and shorts dancing all crazy to Ratatat :p:cry::(

The stream freezes up for me too, but I still managed to catch some of Kings of Leon & The Black Keys yesterday  Looking forward to watching Gogol Bordello & Mumford & Sons today

^Gogol Bordello was a-m-a-z-i-n-g. I'm going crazy right now with Arcade Fire. Love those nutcases so much.
