Im tired of wasting my change by throwing it into an old shoe box, and Im tired of breaking my $20s. I want a coin purse.

Im fairly open on the pricing, the $100 in change from that shoe box is going towards the coin purse. I called Chanel and they only have one, it costs $1750 (yes, you read 1750. It has 18k gold hardware). I definately do not want a Louis Vuitton, during my lunch break I looked at the coin purses and they are SO CHEAP! I wanted the Cerises Porte-Monnaie Rond but for $235 it's not worth it at all, the markup is insane, it was soo flimsy. Ive already seen the MJ push-lock coin purse, it was bland.

Im open to any brand, but I want something that I can use for a very long time. I like the Dior Saddle coin purse but I hate the one on Eluxury, it looks like a knockoff, the price is more than acceptable though.

Balenciaga has nice coin purses in many different colors for only $295, they are much prettier than the LV one. You can also get the ball shaped kinds but I don't know their prices...You should check it out !!

Dior Vintage Billfold $165.00
Dior's sport-chic wallet is the perfect accompaniment to your everyday life. The conveniently sized, leather-lined billfold holds credit cards, coins and currency in a modern snapped case.
  • Coated logo canvas with patent leather trim
  • Fine leather lining with smooth nylon pockets
  • Four credit-card slots
  • Snapped coin purse with gusset sides and back pocket
  • Split long pocket for currency and receipts
  • Hidden snap flap
  • 4" x 4"

These Dolce and Gabbana's are actually Handbag Charms, but I have one and I guess they are suitable for Coins, and they were in the sale in Selfridges when I was last there for only £59.99 GBP..So not too expensive and not many other people will have them. There are lots of different shapes and colours (not just snake)

hope you get one Diorling :flower:

Only 59 pounds!!! Im gonna call Selfridges right now...I want to see the whole selection before I buy though...

I loathe that Dior one, that's why I didnt want the Saddle coin on Eluxury, because of the jacquard, I called Dior and it turns out all they have is the hideous jacquard and appearantly arent planning on getting any others (Id love a Vintage Flowers Saddle coin)...How can it be so hard to get a designer coin purse? I think Im gonna get one of those Coach framed coin purses...

Some of these SA's are so useless. They have no idea whats going on, what's my name they cry!

I finally tracked down a LV coincase, at Saks, Im getting it. Now I have to decide if I want the round of the rectangle. Im getting without the Cherries, because it's a $100 more with them...I cant believe it...Im buying LV, Im disgusted with myself!

Why don't you get this one from Vuitton instead...it's logo-free!

I saw that one, but the lable-wh*re in me came out. Plus the one I got was cheaper...

Im sorry kids, the queen of taste is no more. I bought a Monogram Cerises Pochette Clés, it was actually really cute in person...Im so ashamed...But I can use this forever (since it is trendless) and in a few years it will be a rarity and conversation piece...

lol, i've been looking for a coin purse too!
the obvious choice for me was LV....
but i'm just not sure the cles will be big enough, lol. i have a looooot of change on a daily basis....
my mom has the cerise cles, we bought it for her as a gift, she hasn't use dit yet, i'm soo tempted to just take it from her, lol. it's ADORABLE!

the damier would be the most obvious choice, if i were to go LV...since i use my damier bag (and ipod case) everyday...
but i kinda want this REALLY badly:

however, it's got the topstitch all around it, unlike the canvas ones..so it seems like there'd be even LESS room in it......so i dunno. but the indigo vernis is pulling me in..

No stop! Youre killing me!

Anyways, I was talking to the SA about that and the Monogram and Damier dont have the top stitching which makes them roomier, the smallest are the Multicolore and Suhali, since they have trim.

i just have a really nice leather snakeskin looking one in a pinkish colour from danier leather for $20 :)
i love it

The black LV one is really nice. It looks nice leather, good quality, it's not covered in logos and it looks durable aswell:flower:

I got a purple purse like this one for my mom a few weeks ago, It's really pretty and simple. Got it at Debenhams. I want one for my self

Im very pleased with my purchase. Ive gotten a lot of use of it so far. Was it a good move? Yes. Was it a fashion move? TBD.

I saw those Dolce purse dangly thingies, sooo atrocious. Nothing like a color changing snakeskin that screams good taste. At least mine is understated, and I love the punch of red...

Guys, you'll never believe this. Im considering getting the Cerises agenda...Maybe Ill control myself and get a red patent Coach one for less...

If your going to use an agenda It will be good, I got a Vuitton agenda and I've not used it once :(

i've been looking for a coin purse too. marc jacobs makes a cute one, and it comes in a lot of different colors. can anyone post bottega's coin purses? or maybe balenciagas? i think i might just end up getting the classic LV one, the monogramed one...

I actually bought the classic monogram Louis Vuitton coin holder (I refuse to call it a purse, lol). I like it alot because I can attach it to my jeans and it fits both change, bills and credit cards. It's a great unisex piece. Fits alot for such a small piece. In fact it was one of my first Louis Vuitton purchases.

I myself am interested in purchasing a Louis Vuitton agenda, since well I'm a corperate trend wh*re for Vuitton. However I have held back since well I'm not sure I'll get much use out of it. I also find it ridiculous that you have to pay so much for the agenda and still buy the paper.
