why are uk cosmo covers usually a total mess?

^ I have no idea. Until 2010, UK covers were totally different from the typical Cosmo covers the rest of the world had. And then suddenly they adopted this white background, pink masthead (there were couple of orange or red mastheads as well) with lots of texts. I stopped liking this edition long time ago. But this cover is okay, I mean she looks nice, just like the Feb issue's cover.

US Cosmopolitan`s layout, IMO, regressed. It looks dated and the fonts (with the colors used) make it seem like it was optioned for a Glamour cover. The layout is weird, so much is going on. I miss their simple covers
