Is Cosmo trolling her by making her look short even on a magazine cover?

I can’t think of another time I have looked at a women’s magazine cover and thought, “wow, she’s short.”

I can't think of another time I have looked at a woman's magazine cover and thought, "wow, that person on the front isn't better-looking than I am." And I'm several decades old, in a state of mild disrepair, and I don't say no to diamante.

Who would find that cover appealing? Auto-correct suggests I actually mean to say "appalling".

Omg... Kaley’s outfit in the second pic is right out of 2004 right down to the shoes!! I’m getting Paris Hilton flashbacks. Who’s is this terrible stylist? And that cover outfit is not any better!!
