what is couture season and where is it held?

^ It's the week that all the major couture houses show their haute couture collections in Paris. Designers like Chanel, Gaultier, Dior etc.

www.modeaparis.com have the official schedules for both prêt à porter and haute couture presentations held in Paris and it usually starts to update a month or a couple of weeks before the events take place.
