Crocs to go Extinct?

Actually in australia we have seen a massive increase in crocs.

It never stops amazing me how many people are dressed in full on pajamas and crocs when there boarding a plane......It could be 4:00 in the afternoon and people are gettin on the plane in pajamas and crocs.....

Crocs were meant to be worn by nurses who are on their feet all the time, not for the general population. I am so glad these are going bye-bye so people will stop wearing them in atrocious colors everywhere they go.

I thought they were for patients? I thought I read somewhere that they were special soft shoes so that patients could walk.

Let's leave it to patients to wear them. People who actually need them.

Oh lol, I thought this thread was going to be about Hermes, Nancy Gonzales, and the like making/selling to many of their bags killing off crocs.. then I clicked because I was confused because they should be farmed no?

So did I, after recently reading an article about the Australian farms which supply Hermes with the skins.

Disregarding my personal opinion of crocs, from a business standpoint they were more or less a one trick pony...there was no room for evolvement of the brand.

feel so sorry for then in a way .. in my town alone we have 2x official crocs shops which only sells crocs .. =[ this mean thats two more empty borded up shops.. the knock on effect etc. remember .. just think around the world how many people will be left jobless =[ its sad

There are so many imitations that even if the company does go down, I doubt the shoes themselves will go away.

Yes it's not like Crocs will suddenly disappear from the streets. While some might hate it or get bored with it, many still like this kind of shoes a lot and will wear it because of its comfort.

There are lots of other things that are just as comfy and much prettier, haha.
Early this year they made a Croc-Day round here. They distributed it for free. Luminous-pink and lemon-green.

It was kinda disgusting.
