She switched to Women. I'm not sure I understand that move. Gary Dakens on Ford's Plus board made her. I don't know that Women can do anymore with her that Ford along with Ford Plus couldn't do.

I would think that Crystal's contract ran out and someone at Women made her an offer to escape Ford and the whole "plus size" thing. Yes, Gary Dakin made her as he has made countless others, but if a model wants more or different work, they tend to go to whoever can offer that. Same as Tara Lynn leaving to go to IMG.

I've no doubt that it was difficult for Gary to watch her go, but they likely agreed that he had done as much as he could for her. It will be interesting to see how things work out.
