eDiot, they look really good! I had no idea Balmain had jeans like this..

I bleached some a while back but I just poured it on ^_^ and they're my painting jeans..

OK here's my next project.. I've always wanted some over-the-knee suede boots, like the ones worn by Sienna Miller:

I have some wedge boots that I'd like to customize into this style.. I'm not really sure of fabrics to add stiffness and suede appearance, but I'm going to try! Oh and I'm aware they aren't as flat and pirate-like, but that style doesn't look good on my body type..

RE: bleached trousers

i bleached trousers once
black ones, and the bleached areas turned orange
they were all solid orange too, not different degrees..like light orange, stronger orange like in the Balmain jeans (some spots of light blue, darker blue etc)

are you guys mixing water with your bleach?
i did it 100%

mine was with 100%, but then again it came out very uneven.. I intended light blue but got that weird cream color. I'd like to try to get the more light blue tone with some.

generally i dont like tie dye and personally avoid it from my wardrobe but after seeing this wonderful jeans youve done in think ill give it a shot!

the black dye that was used on the jeans probably was mixed with warm colors rather than cool colors. i suggest using a color remover than bleach instead.

I definitely need to get some bleach...I love what everyone's done.

My latest DIY project. I wanted one of Prada's Christmas necklaces...instead I made a hybrid with some tweed, silk ties from an old hat, and a costume jewelry brooch.

^ Prada christmas necklaces.. what's this  ???

They released a line of jewelery that would hit the stores now, just in time for Christmas...not sure what the official name is.

Here's some info from Nylon.

mine are bleached with clorine or something like that. several repeated times.. it was hard to get just the right colour..

i did 100 % bleach as well. and not wearing gloves.. so i might get some skin disease.. haha. well well.- next time i'll be more careful..
it was fun though.

They look good!

I recently customized a chain belt i had and turned it into a givenchy-esque necklace.

I added more layers for fullness. I used it on my photoshoot also. I think it worked well with the outfit, but im not sure id wear it in real life, its really heavy.

I did some tie dying the other week and here are the results.

I really really love those tights! You must have used some brand of cotton tights? How did you get those colors and that pattern? I was never very good at tie dye.
None of my tie dye attempts turn out like this. Maybe I'm doing it wrong?

Would love to see the same thing in a silk scarf.
