or is that just to give us a reward for staying awake through the whole thing...![]()
Of course there is always some repetition between seasons with all the designers, but I agree that this collection especially has that "already been done" feeling.
did they have distressed jeans for women this season? cuz i was at a d&g store and they had it but i'm not in ny right now so i can't get it yet. anyway, i was just wondering if they were from this season or if they're from next season's.

... there has got to be more pics of that
The jeans are great! I also really like the pink-blue sweater

What is this jeans thing? D G sent out a collection that looked like it had hauled the denim brigade off the streets and onto the runway. This bunch of slobs wandered around, interspersed with female models looking terrific and no doubt wondering why they had bothered.
.
At least the guys fed their own clothes into the on-set washing machines, which was the faintly witty theme of the show. D G make great jeans, some funky with snakeskin inserts above the rump, ripped and torn, others mid-calf crab catchers, the better to display the logo-heavy designer sneakers. And just in case the modern man does not already have his wardrobe stuffed with the following, there were striped sweaters, colorful polo shirts and a flash of paisley print.
.
"DENIM," wrote the letters appliquéd on the butt. A T-shirt parodied the New York Big Apple message as "I love denim." So do we all. But it was a lazy designer show.
