And not only that but she looks FABULOUS! Well done, Miss Groeneveld.I'm glad for her, the cover sure looks great but doesn't it botter anyone that she is a Laraversion in this cover? This cover doesn't do all her unique features justice (except the lips). It could have been any girl that looks like Lara. But it's a big honour to get a VP cover and even more when you're that young. I do think it's a bit early, she hasn't really prove herself yet but it shows how much confidence the fashionindustry got in her.
I think after the anniversary this is the most important cover right? Yes, the rumour was true, only not the month. She was never considered for a november cover but this one. A better month

Hmm, I don't really see a Lara copycat in that cover. All I see is Daphne looking divine and provocative in that cover. And it's a great honor to be featured in that issue because it will focus heavily on Mr. Ford (he's doing a guest editor feature, I read?)

Oh come on, comparing Daphne (just for the sake of the 'Lara-esque' voluptuous expression on this shot and maybe because she is a well known VP-fav) to Miss Stone is just unnecessary here for me. First of all: the joy that she indeed made it on the cover (the december-issue on top of that!) certainly dominates here, and second: Daphne looks absolutely breathtaking IMO

^Completely agree. I had enough of the Lara-comparison.
Having said that, congrats Daphne, amazing picture. I for one think she totally channels 70ies glamour and in particular a Jerry Hall-esque kind of energy.

Now I really want Lara and Daphne together at a VP cover
I think it will be Dutch fire and I think they compliment each other a lot.

I imagine she'll get Givenchy, CK calvin klein this season. I cant really Imagine her being in the CK collection ads considering Lara's still under contract, and to my knowlege havent used more than one model in said campaign.
She wouldnt be at prada...all the models are dark haired, plus can't she only shoot with M&M right now?

Can we please stop these whole Lara, unsustained campaign rumors debate for a moment and enjoy the result of months of speculation? She finally got the VP cover all her fans were waiting for. Not only that but she looks marvelous! C'mon guys, it's celebration time!
