Yes, it does say Ohio - but the rest of the sentence could be translated either "shoppers there have selection like nowhere else in the world" or "buyer's selection there like nowhere else in the world". I am not sure what she means by "buyers". I am guessing "consumer/shopper" as they are asking her about her personal favorite shopping destinations, KWIM?
