Totally agree with you - there's something about Elena's style I just don't like

Dasha seems like a nice dresser to me, but that's it - she always looks nice and put together and stylish (as she is always wearing something at least mildly trendy or recognizable at the moment), but she doesn't seem to have any real style. Although I don't agree with some of the choices Lena Perminova makes, she appears to actually be having fun with fashion and has a few signature silhouettes (think pointy over the knee boots) that would make her recognizable from any angle, which is something I can't say for Dasha. Even though she is the more sophisticated dresser of the two, I never get the sense that she is having fun with what she wears, which is what is missing with her style for me. I feel like a zillion other girls with the means could and would pair the same exact things together as she does. Basically I get the sense she is more into looking presentable (and simply has the means to buy designer clothing) rather than wishing to express herself through fashion. Perhaps this has to do more with her career obligations and her daily life vs that of Lena P, but regardless I prefer to see what Lena concocts, as at least you can tell she put thought and her heart behind it.
