There was an article posted earlier in this thread where she said she's not as actively involved with Kova & T anymore, but is still an investor. I have a hunch she may have been more involved with designing in earlier stages, because some of the clothes seemed tailor-made for her body type. And in my experience, people with no formal fashion training usually design clothes that fit their own bodies well.
Regarding POP, we still don't know whether the rumors that she's not doing any substantial work are true or not. There's bound to be a lot of heresay surrounding her editorship, as it was controversial, so it's better to wait until the magazine is published before jumping to conclusions.
As for Garage, there was an article about the Russian art scene, which brought up Dasha.
Baibakova is quick to note the differences between her space and Zhukova’s Garage Centre for Contemporary Culture, which opened across town last year. “Mine is very much a project space. I’m a curator and an art historian. Dasha is more of a producer — much more hands-off,” she says.

I assumed she was also a curator, but I guess I was wrong. Producing and being "hands-off" are quite ambiguous. They can mean just financing/marketing, or also include being part of the creative process.
Btw I'm neither trying to defend nor criticize Dasha. I happen to be really interested in what those various jobs entail, so I wish we did know more about her roles in each one.
