Daria is an American animated television series created by Glenn Eichler and Susie Lewis Lynn for MTV. The series focuses on Daria Morgendorffer, a smart, acerbic, and somewhat misanthropic teenage girl who observes the world around her. The show is set in the fictional suburban American town of Lawndale and is a satire of high school life, and full of allusions to and criticisms of popular culture and social classes.
Daria is a spin-off of Mike Judge's animated Beavis and Butt-head series, in which Daria appeared as a recurring character.[1][2] The series was originally broadcast from 1997 to 2002.

Yes! It's one of my favorite TV shows of all time (not just in the animated category). I feel like I can relate to Daria and Jane in so many episodes, it's crazy. I even feel a bit embarrassed re-watching this with my friends because they'll tell me "Uh... that character is you in cartoon form" referring to Daria, because I've lived so many things that happen to her during the show, and it doesn't help that my name is really similar.

The soundtrack used to be REALLY good too. I noticed that they've edited out all the songs for the new DVD release and replaced them with instrumental music, but they used to have Beck, Portishead, Suede, Blur... very good stuff.

I loved this show, I still watch it from time to time. It has taught me so much about life, shallowness, irony, sarcasm. I feel that I can relate to Daria in so many ways - we have the same sense of humor, we look a like a bit, our families and friends are really similar as well. However, my love for fashion reminds me of Daria's sister Quinn who I find hilarious in a really shallow way.
I agree with La bordelique - the sountrack used to be amazing and I'm happy that I managed to download some of the episodes with the original songs.

I loved this show when I was younger. They're showing re-runs at the moment, but I keep missing it.

I love this show! They show reruns on MTV early in the morning. I watched the original run of the show with my older siblings, I was younger then the characters. Everyone seemed so cool I couldn't wait to grow up

apparently there's a rumour of doing a new season hopefully it wont be too vulgar/plastic like everything else on TV. I think Daria would fit perfectly at TFS so would her sister and her fashion cuclub

I finally managed to catch the re-runs on TV and they had a marathon all day!

I love the fashion club. And her friend with the funny voice. Sandy! And I loved every word Brittany uttered.

I was a tad too young when Daria aired, though I remember seeing a few of the episodes with my cousins, but I rented the series on Netflix a few years ago and sort of fell in love with the show. Daria's sardonic sense of humor is brilliant, the show was totally in a class of it's own. And of course, who wouldn't want to dress like the character's from the show, especially Jane and Daria? They might just be some of the best dressed cartoon character's ever (which is ironic since Daria had a bit of a disdain for fashion).
