the same editorial in both magazines...that is a little strange. I guess we have seen that before with Elle France and Elle Russia, but those weren't the same months, and weren't the same exact layout...

But that the same country (Quebec is the french side of Canada, but Quebec is a province of Canada- same as Ontaria or British Columbia... but not same skeaking). That's why both have the same things inside, but different layout, because one is french and the other is English.
