u know what, i spend so much of my time going through this forum and in particular this thread, which belongs to my favorite model, daria. i follow daria's professional works closely and check it regularly bc im a hardcore of her and being a hardcore fan it's just a natural process for me to raise my voice about every single matter related to daria. i do make a lot of comments but i dont considering them as spamming.

calling me spamming this thread is a big insult given the fact that i make a big effort to give this thread some life. dont come out of nowhere with those kind of rude and ignorant comment.

Really? Constantly bumping the thread for no reason (when there aren't news at all) isn't spamming?
Funny how here you consider it "giving the thread a life", but in the Most Viewed Models thread you were pointing out how Freja is #1 because her fans only spam.

I get excited every time I see the thread has been updated, thinking there's been new work only to see someone going 'Yay Daria! ' for no real reason. :/

please learn to read, i wrote that for those models who walk alot are usually the models who are the most popular on tfs bc there are alot for the fan to comment, somethign like "gorgeous, she is so pretty", blah, blah. if u didnt get what i meant then go back and read what i have written.

whether u consider me spamming or not, at this point it wouldn't make a difference anymore. being daria's fan, i'll raise my voice about news, pictures, covers that are related to her. i just find the amount of comments i have made is nothing compared to others' but hey i do understand why many members have made as many comments as they did. so whiners, deal with it!!!!!!!!!!

by the way, it was sad not seeing daria at balmain. hopefully, she'll walk a show or 2. B)

I do not consider ANY of you posts spam. I visit many, many threads and I know spam when I see it.

As I said in the above post, IMO congacon's posts are not spam (have you ever been to Frida's or Monika's thread?......you will see tons of spam there).

I really don't get the negative posts towards congacon.

personally i prefer substantial news and comments to somehow acritical praising, but this is an open forum and everybody is free to post the kind of posts s/he likes as long as s/he doesn't offend anybody, so i find this debate rather pointless. if someone finds someone's posts boring, just don't read them.

anyways, let's take this debate as an effect of lack of news on daria's work!!

here is a piece of interesting news that i just have learned why daria wasn't at balmain show this season. it had something to do with alt who used to be the stylist for balmain but had to give up that gig since taking over the editor in chief of vogue paris.

well if alt is no longer with balmain then we would expect daria not to show up bc alt was the main reason that got daria to walk balmain more often than any other shows. the future of daria and balmain is perhaps........... won't be as close as it used to be.

^ i don't think that is entirely the reason why she wasn't there. yea Alt is now focusing all of her attention on the magazine, but just because Alt isn't there doesn't mean daria automatically won't show up...
daria is very well known as being a "balmain girl," so i don't believe that will change with the absence of Alt as the stylist.

well, alt has indicated that daria is her favorite model at the moment, kate moss is also a model that she likes. and guess what? models that she likes appeared on balmain's ads simultaneously.

bottom line is that, i think the reason daria walked for previous balmain bc alt asked her to do so. just think about hakaan, how did the new designer out of nowhere ended up with the biggest working models at his show? does it have to do with carine and mert&marcus?
